    You can create a account by clicking on Login button from top right side corner.
  • How to access my account?
    You can access a account by clicking on Login button from top right side corner. Just enter username and password in the given boxes on left and click on Login button.
  • How to buy any product?
    You can buy any product by click on Buy Now button. You have to either login or create a account before making purchase.
  • Where I can find all plans details with features?
    You can find all plans details with features from Plans (customer/retailer) or Plans (distributor) or Plans (api) or Plans (b2c) or Plans (b2b)
  • What are the payment options available?
    We accept credit & debit card, netbanking, upi, bank transfer and cash deposit. If you are not from India then we recommend you to use Western uninon.
  • Do you accept Indian credit card or debit card?
    Yes, we do accept Indian based credit card or debit card.
  • I don't have any credit card, debit card, bank account then how to pay?
    If you don't have any credit card, debit card or bank account then still you can pay by depositing cash in our bank account.
  • Is there any transaction fee on payment?
    No, there is no transaction fee on any mode of payment you select but if payment mode is PG, cash deposit or western uninon then third party transaction charges will apply.
  • What If my plan validity expires and credits are left in my account?
    All the credits left in your account will still remain same for next 30 days if your plan validity expires.
  • Can I transfer credits?
    Yes, you can transfer credits to anyone holding JOLO account.
  • How to edit my profile information?
    You can edit your profile information by clicking on My wallet > my profile.
  • How to change my account password?
    You can change your password from My wallet > my profile. Enter new password in the given box where asked, re-enter your new password in the box just below it and click on update button.
  • How to change my account email address?
    You can change your email address from My wallet > my profile. Enter new email address in the given box where asked and click on update button.
  • Where I can find all my payment details?
    You can check all your payments made from My wallet > my fund payment. You can view/download all payment receipts anytime.
  • What to do when my current plan expired?
    You can buy any plan anytime by making payment online or offline even from your account itself. Click on buy.
  • I lost my account password, how to recover it?
    You can easily get your account password. Go to Login Page and on LEFT side you will find a password recovery option. Just enter your account email address and our automated system will send the login details to your account email address.
