  • How to create my account?
    You can create a account by clicking on Sign Up button from top right side corner.
  • How to access my account?
    You can access a account by clicking on Login button from top right side corner. Just enter username and password in the given boxes and click on Login button.
  • How to buy a sms plan?
    You can buy sms plan by click on Buy Now button. You can start purchase from home page itself. You have to either login or create a account before making purchase. You can also buy from Pay Menu option.
  • Where I can find all plans details with features?
    You can find all plans details with features from Features Menu.
  • What are the payment options available?
    We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cash Deposit. If you are from India then we recommend you to use either Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit. If you are not from India then we recommend you to use PayPal. Paypal is a third party highly secure payment option by which you can pay using your credit card.
  • Do you accept Indian credit card or debit card?
    Currently, we do not accept Indian based credit card or debit card. But in near future all these options will be available to you.
  • I don't have any credit card, debit card, bank account then how to pay?
    If you don't have any credit card, debit card or bank account then still you can pay by depositing cash in our bank account for sms only. During the sign up you have to choose Offline Payment option.
  • Is there any extra charges other than plan cost as mentioned on website?
    No, we do not charge anything extra other than plan cost.
  • Is there any transaction fee on payment?
    No, there is no transaction fee on any mode of payment you select but if payment mode is paypal then paypal transaction charges will apply.
  • What does it means, Market/Business...etc mentioned on plan?
    All the sms plans mentioned on website are validity and features based. Market plan have time limitation only 9am to 9pm and sms will not send on DND/NCPR registered numbers. Business plan have no time limitations and sms also delivery on DND/NCPR numbers.
  • How much sms I will get in these plans?
    We count SMS as sms credits. 1 sms credit = 160 characters including your signature. All the sms credits are mentioned under each plan on home page and features page.
  • What If my plan validity expires and sms credits are left in my account?
    All the sms credits left in your account will lapsed if your plan validity expires. To prevent this we recommend you to buy higher validity plan like Market10L or Business10L.
  • Which plan is best, cheapest and effective?
    You can save maximum money by buying maximum sms quantity plan like Market10L or Business10L.
  • Can I sell/transfer sms credits?
    No, you can't sell or transfer sms credits to anyone.
  • How to edit my profile information?
    You can edit your profile information by logging into your account. Click on My Profile button.
  • How to change my account password?
    You can change your password from My Profile button. Enter new password in the given box where asked, re-enter your new password in the box just below it and click on Save button.
  • How to change my account email address?
    You can change your email address from My Profile button. Enter new email address in the given box where asked and click on Save button.
  • Where I can find all my payment details?
    You can check all your payments made from Payment History button. You can view/download all payment receipts anytime.
  • What to do when my current plan expired?
    You can buy any plan anytime by making payment online or offline even from your account itself. Click on Add/Renew Plan from your account panel.
  • Can i buy any plan even before validity expires?
    Yes, you can buy any plan at any time even before validity expires. But please note that sms credits left in your current running plan will lapsed.
  • I lost my account password, how to recover it?
    You can easily get your account password. Go to Login Page and on right side you will find a password recovery option. Just enter your account email address and our automated system will send the login details to your account email address.
