The following are the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement for the use of services offered by JOLO through jolo.in (“JOLO”, “JOLO website”, “JOLO products and/or services", “the Products and/or Services”, "the Products" or "the Services") to the User ("User" or "Users"). Any User availing the Products and/or Services and/or any part thereof shall invariably be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


The Products and/or Services offered under jolo.in are provided. JOLO is only a DOT IN that promotes JOLO products and services. JOLO, the JOLO logo and any other names and symbols of JOLO's products and services referred to on the JOLO website are trade marks of JOLO or its holding companies. In accordance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Government of India), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Act 1997 & 2000, Telecom Tariff Order 1999 (Forty Fifth Amendment 2007) and the common law of contract, these Terms and Conditions are valid, binding and enforceable for all persons that access the JOLO website, the web pages or any part thereof. Hence, if you do not agree to be bound over by these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use the JOLO website. The reasonable use of the JOLO website shall automatically bind the Users to this agreement. It is important to understand that JOLO offers SMS services to its Users so that they can send personal SMS messages to their known persons. It is vital to realize that communication should be between known persons. You may not use the JOLO products and/or services to sell a product or service without written permission, or to increase traffic to your business for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. During the registration process, the User has to provide his/her mobile number that acts as User’s identity while using JOLO products and/or services. By registering on JOLO website, user explicitly agrees to update JOLO whenever there is a change in the status of his/her mobile number.


‘JOLO’ means which includes all its subsidiaries, owners, shareholders and business units. For the avoidance of doubt, 'we', 'us' and 'our' shall also mean JOLO. ‘User’ means any person or entity that enters the jolo.in website and/or uses the JOLO Products/Services at jolo.in or offline, notwithstanding the fact that such person only visits the home page of the website and/or downloads the Products. For the avoidance of doubt, 'you' and 'your' shall also refer to a User. 'IP address' means the unique identifier for your computer or such other device through which you access the JOLO website. 'Personal Data' means all data that identifies you and that is processed by us, for example, your name, city, email address, mobile number and any data that forms part of the Preferences Data, Location Data and/or Traffic Data that could be used to identify you. 'Preferences Data' means all data that we process regarding your preferences. This will include the preferences that you provide to us via the Website and/or the data that we collect through your responses to the Promotional Messages, your Traffic Data etc. 'Promotional Messages' means advertisement taglines appended as part of the SMS you send or receive and/or pure promotional SMS messages sent to JOLO Users.


The Products and/or Services offered on JOLO website consist of, but not limited to, sending SMS of up to 160 characters and mobile, dth, data card recharge services. The Products and/or Services consist of an internet browser interface, WAP interface, J2ME/android application, data encryption, data transmission, data access, data storage and, if applicable, synchronisation software and/or application programming interface access. The Users shall be held responsible for obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware, software and communications equipment that are needed to access the Products and/or Services, and for paying all the chargeable access charges (e.g., ISP, telecommunications) that are incurred while using the Products and/or Services.

Our business is completely depends on our banks & our service provider. If any one of these not able to provide services to us, we will be not liable for any loss in business for our customers. Only our banks & our service provider will be responsible for such loss or damage in any form. In case, our bank ICICI, SBI, HDFC blocks our or our customer funds in any form then we will not responsible for any loss of our customers, only bank will be responsible for same. In case, our service provider blocks our or our customer funds in any form then we will not responsible for any loss of our customers, only our service provider will be responsible for same.

JOLO (jolo.in) reserves the rights to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers. JOLO (jolo.in) also reserves the rights to increase/decrease margin/surcharge on any operator anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserves the rights to terminate/suspend any of their customer account on violation of our terms and conditions or abuse or any harassment or if customer do not take any recharge balance for more than 7 days or customer uses our services on non-B2B website/portal/app. Pre-approval is required for B2C website/portal/app. No refund will be provided in all cases and if there is any amount of remaining balance left in customer account on our website, same will be converted to zero or nil and no refund/redeem will be given to customer. No refund will be provided in all cases. One recharge transaction and one payment transaction is mandatory in every 50 days, if jolo user has not done any recharge and payment transaction in last 50 days, his/her account will be terminated/suspended automatically by our system.


The JOLO products and/or services include features with charges based on sms plans chosen by customers from JOLO. But, your mobile phone operator may charge you for internet data usage. The User is liable for any mobile phone charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc) as a result of using any of JOLO services. Please consult your mobile phone operator's pricing plan to determine the charges for GPRS/3G/4G connectivity etc. We also want to advise you that if, you do not agree with any of the condition mentioned above or any other reason you find your discomfort with above points kindly do not register purchase or deal with us. If you are part of Indian Govt. and any telecommunication company then please do not use this website for sending sms or buying plans, etc as you are not authorized to do so.
